Nishio Koicha Matcha

Our Matcha is farmed from Nishio, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. This matcha is the highest grade Matcha in the Shizen line. This line of Matcha features a fine, bright green body, silky texture, sweet aroma and when prepared it produces and thick syrup of goodness. Unlike Usucha, it may take a bit more time to reach your mouth, but when it does, the drink showcases umami paired with a silky sweet texture that will linger in your tongue.
